The original HGTV Design Star, David Bromstad, has made a name for himself since he won the title in 2006. The accomplished artist and muralist, who started out designing elaborate kids' bedrooms across the Southeast U.S., has kicked off his own design show on HGTV called Color Splash: Miami.
