Every mural purchased is one-of-a-kind and is printed on demand. We treat every order as a custom order to ensure that image quality, width to height ratio, and material quality exactly fits your needs. Orders are usually shipped out within 4 business days. For an extra fee you can choose our special rush order option to get your mural shipment within 3 business days.

Free Standard Ground Shipping (in the contiguous 48 U.S. states)

Murals Your Way offers free standard Fedex ground shipping for all orders placed in the contiguous 48 USA states. We also ship via FedEx to Alaska, Hawaii, and other U.S. properties but there will a shipping and handling chargest to those destinaations.

International Orders

We welcome all mural customers from around the world. Murals Your Way now is proud to offer DHL Express Worldwide Shipping on all International orders.

Call us for rates on international delivery or submit your shipping address within our checkout process. All murals shipped internationally may incur charges such as customs duties and import tax. Additional charges for customs clearance may be collected. All additional fees, duties and taxes will be paid by the customer. Most murals are shipped within 4 business days from the time of your order.

Packaging

We take proper care to ensure that your mural is protected during shipping. Each mural comes rolled inside a tube and protective wrap in its own unique 59" x 5" x 5" cardboard box. Our high quality murals vinyl, canvas, and SmartStick® murals will never arrive wrinkled like paper murals.

Basic Installation Tips:

• Be sure to start with a smooth, clean surface (non-glossy wall paint.)
• Remove hooks, light fixtures, and plates; fill cracks and holes with spackling compound and sand until smooth.
• We recommend that two people install the mural together.
• Do not pre-trim your mural.
• Make sure you approve your mural layout before trimming any excess material.

SmartStick® Easy Installation

1. Measure and mark your guideline.
2. Peel off backing as you go, starting at the top left corner.
3. Stick to the wall, and smooth out any bubbles or wrinkles.
4. Trim excess material (if necessary.)

Vinyl and Canvas Installation

Make a Guideline	Apply Adhesive	Smooth Panel on Wall	Trim Overage	Remove Excess Paste

Tools Needed

1. Tape measure and straight edge.
2. Trimming knife.
3. Smoothing tool or smoothing brush.
4. Wall covering adhesive, or paste (vinyl and canvas only).
5. Pasting brush or 4" foam roller (vinyl and canvas only).
6. Clean damp sponge.
