    How to Order: 4 Easy Steps!

    1. Choose Your Image. On this site you'll find the largest library of licensed images on the market. Or send us an image of your own for custom printing.

    2. Choose Your Size. Determine your desired height and width (min. 4' x 6'). We offer several pre-set size options, as well as the option to choose your own size. If necessary, you can crop and alter your image as needed(extra charges may apply for customization).

    3. Add Order to Your Basket. You can confirm the size, croppping, and quantity of every order before checking out.

    4. Choose Shipping and Payment Options.

    Order online or contact one of our Design Consultants toll-free at 888-235-1318. Expect to receive your order within 10 business days from the date of your approved order.

    About Delivery

    Most murals are shipped in less than 10 business days from the time of your order. Our standard delivery charge is $19.95.

    All murals are shipped in high quality materials to ensure protection during shipping. All shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will be charged an additional $15 for delivery and service. Express delivery to these locations will take an additional day.

    Express Delivery: We offer both next day air and 2nd business day express delivery service. Please contact us to get a price for overnight or 2nd day service.

    International Orders: Our delivery and service charges are for the United States and its possessions.

    Call us for rates on international delivery. Please specify surface or air mail. All prices and delivery charges are quoted in U.S. funds. Charges do not include duties, customs charges, or taxes. All such fees are paid for by the customer. When shipping international we must have a signed authorization and telephone number.

    Printing Information

    Mural Size: The minimum mural size is 24 square feet. There is no maximum mural size.

    Materials: We print your murals on a Type II solid vinyl fabric backed wallcovering (15 oz). Our inks are highly fade resistant and UV protected. The material is tear-proof and completely washable with any non abrasive cleaner. All materials surpasses all fire code ratings for interior commercial applications

    Production: Your murals are shipped in 10 business days.

    Samples: Samples are available on the type II vinyl surface. We will print your image on the vinyl surface for $25. The cost of the sample is applied to the order when you order your full-size mural.

    Panels: The number of panels on your mural is determined by the size of the mural. We print overlap on all panels to ensure the image will line up during installation. Our maximum size per panel is 52". Any orders that exceed 52" will have multiple panels that will incorporate the overlap.

    Guarantee

    All materials are guaranteed for 1 year. Murals are subject to a 30% restock fee if returned. We will work with all customers to make sure they are 100% satisfied with their mural.

    What sizes are available?

    • Our Murals: Minimum size of 4 feet x 6 feet (122cm x 183cm), with no maximum.
    • Your Image/Custom Murals: Minimum size of 24 square feet, with no maximum.

    Do you accept international orders?
    Yes. We welcome international orders and will ship to all locations served by UPS.

    Are wall murals “do-it-yourself”?
    Our murals and custom-made murals require a greater comfort level with hanging wall covering. If you are not comfortable with hanging wallpaper, we recommend that you consult a member of the Guild of Professional Paper Hangers.

    Are the murals pre-pasted?
    No. Our research shows that a pre-pasted mural can be more work. Professional hangers will apply paste to pre-pasted paper anyway to ensure a quality hanging. We feel that it is better to apply paste to the paper at hanging, it makes for easier hanging and a better looking mural.

    What if the wall I want the mural on is not a smooth surface?
    If you have a textured wall, a wood-paneled wall, a wall made from cinder block, or any other rough surface, we recommend the installation of a “liner paper”, followed by 2 coats of flat latex paint. A liner paper is simply blank wallpaper which covers irregularities in the wall surface.

    Can a mural be cleaned?
    Should you need to clean your mural, lightly wash with a damp sponge. Excessive scrubbing or harsh materials may damage the printed surface.

    Will my wall be damaged when I remove a wall mural to redecorate?
    No, the wall will not be damaged. Following standard wallpaper removing procedures will ensure your wall will not be damaged upon removal.

    There is no size limitation. We are able to develop a mural in a size to meet your needs.

    If you aren't comfortable hanging wallpaper, Murals Your Way recommends that you have a professional paper hanger install your custom or gallery mural.     What if my wall is too small?
    Wall murals are trimmable. Certain designs can be trimmed quite a bit without losing too much of the overall design. All can be trimmed to an 8-foot height, which is a standard residential ceiling height. You can also go around inside and outside corners for a special effect.

    What if my wall is too large?
    Simply center the wall mural on your wall. No special frame is necessary. If you prefer, wood finishing trim such as that found around doors and windows can give the illusion of an opening in the wall.

    Can I install a wall mural in a bathroom or other high-moisture area?
    Yes, if certain precautions are taken. The installed wall mural must be coated with a water-based polyurethane (several light coats) to protect it from moisture. In addition, if you suspect moisture exists behind the wall, an adhesive containing a mildewed should be used.

    What if I see an artist I like, but not a specific print?

    Why is there a minimum size?
    There is a minimum size of 4’x 6’ required for licensing of our product as a mural. The sizes can go either direction as long as one direction exceeds four feet and the other exceeds 6 feet.

    Is there a maximum size?
    There really is no maximum, within reason. The direction of the image may determine a maximum size more than anything. A person wouldn’t want to take a vertical image and stretch it to fit a hallway because of the way it would distort an image. If you have questions about making an image work, give us a call.     What if I am not sure I have a quality enough image?
    Call us or email us. Tell us your concerns about the image and we can help you decide if it is going to turn out the way you want. We want you to love the mural you get, and we will do everything we can to ensure your image is going to turn out the way you want.

    Why can’t I do a mural from a developed picture smaller than 8 x 10?
    A developed image (in a small size) can’t be scanned at high enough quality to expand the image into a wall mural. However if you have the negative of the photo, we will more than likely be able to generate a mural. The better the picture the better the mural.

    What do I need to know before I begin hanging a wall mural?
    Your major concern is the wall surface. It should be smooth, and free of irregularities. You should not use sizing or any other wall prep/primer. Doing so will cause adhesion problems. The ideal surface is an inexpensive flat latex paint. If you're unsure of your existing painted wall, we recommend 2 coats of flat latex. If the existing paint is a gloss or semi-gloss, use a medium grit sandpaper to roughen it. Please contact us if you have any questions.
