About Mural Personalization

How it Works:

• Our team of experienced graphic designers are available to help you create a one of a kind mural.  
• Before we begin any work on your project, we will provide you with an estimate of the number of hours it will require to complete the personalization details.
• Once your personalization details are complete, we send a sample of what your final image will look like, so there are no surprises.
• Upon your approval, we print your mural and ship within 7 to 10 business days.

Cost:

Graphics charges are $50 per hour.  Below are sample projects to help you approximate costs.

Example #1: The 8 Ball
When ordering this mural, our customer wanted to personalize the license plates in the image with their own names, and change the letters on a T-shirt to their alma mater. Our designer created a typeface to blend in with the rest of the image and appear a part of the painting. 2 hours of graphics time.

Example #2: Venetian View
For this project, our customer wanted to include a photo of her dog in the mural. A scan was made of the customer's photo, and the dog placed within the mural image. Our graphic designer softened the edges around the dog's image and adjusted the colors to blend into the background seamlessly. The dog's paws were also repositioned to appear hanging over the edge of the couch in the painting. 2 hours of graphics time.

Example #3: Raceway
In this example, our customer decided to have her son's name added to the mural, adding a personal touch that Murals Your Way can provide. Starting with letters that were already a part of the image, our graphic designer created the name "Sam" and carefully positioned it within the painting, shifting the word 'raceway' to the right. The new letters blend perfectly with the background, making it seem as though the painting was always meant to be this way. 1 hour graphics time.

Example #4: Escape
This example shows a common request here at Murals Your Way, when a customer wishes to reverse an image, either vertically or horizontally. The mural image is shown below, before and after a "flip." Cost is free, included in complementary graphics time .
