Delivery
Most murals are shipped in less than 10 business days from the time of your order. Our standard delivery charge is $19.95.
All Murals are shipped in high quality materials to ensure protection during shipping. All shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will be charged an additional $15 for delivery and service. Express delivery to these locations will take an additional day.
Express Delivery: We offer both next day and 2nd business day express delivery services. But remember, because each mural is made-to-order, express delivery is only available once the mural has been produced. Please contact us to get a price for overnight or 2nd day service.
International Orders: Our delivery service charges are for the United States and its possessions.
Call us for rates on International delivery. Please specify surface or air mail. All prices and delivery charges are quoted in U.S. funds. Charges do not include duties, customs charges, or taxes. All such fees are paid for by the customer. When shipping international we must have a signed authorization and telephone number.
Returns
If you are unhappy with the quality of your mural we will work with you until you are 100% satisfied. If you decide to return your mural we require that you pay shipping costs to return the entire mural.
