I loved the mural I received...the customer service to get to that point, on the other hand, was NOT good. The sales rep was never available, and after several attempts to reach her I finally left a message telling her to forget the whole thing. Only after that rather irate message from me did she finally get back to me and tell me a sob story about her sick father-in-law. I'm not heartless, we all have personal issues to deal with from time to time, but you don't need to mix your personal life with business (if it was even a true story) in order to save face with your customers. Due to the horrible customer service, I would NOT recommend Murals Your Way to anyone. I'm giving you 5 stars for the actual product because it is gorgeous, I would give you negative stars if I could for the customer service.
