We just love out wall mural. It arrived neatly and safely packed in a tube with instructions that were easy to follow. My wife and I installed it in about one hour total and that was with coffee breaks. Amazing.see photo attached.Before my purchase I Had a lot of anxiety about my rough wall surface. Wasn't exactly smooth. it was somewhat puckered and had an old painted surface. The picture is amazing, however I made a mistake on the size. I had first chosen my specific space measurement when the system suggested one of your standard measurement. For some reason, I mixed the width with the height of the standard and went with it, but is was too wide and not high enough. Finally, I did not want to pay for shipping it back, so we did install it and cut the width to fit our wall. We added stone tyles at the bottom to cover the empty space but I am still trying to come up with a solution for the top.

The mural quality was great but it did not line up correctly no matter how we tried to make it fit. We ended up cutting the second segment into thirds to make it fit. It was a little disappointing to have such an expensive mural not be correctly printed.

We are so disappointed, I could still cry. I have searched for a Buffalo wall mural for my mother because watching the Buffalo has many special memories for her. When the mural arrived it was 11" shorter than what I ordered and the picture was blurry and distorted. It was so fake. Your murals are unbelievably expensive and then on top of that, I had to pay $45.00 to ship it back. I should not have had to pay return shipping on a product that was not what I ordered. I will not refer people to your company. The picture we see on the computer is exactly what I was looking for, unfortunately, the mural I received did not look like that. I had to return it and find a different mural through a different company.
