How are the Photos Judged?
Top finalists are selected by the Murals Your Way staff and will be posted on our Facebook page after each submission deadline. The photo with the most likes wins! Winners are announced two weeks after the submission deadline. Photos containing people require a completed model release form.
Entries received after the dates above will be submitted for the next contest. We reserve the right to modify or cancel the contest at any time without notice. Changes will be posted on our website. Decisions are final and not subject to review. We also reserve the right to disqualify any individual who acts in a disruptive or dishonest manner to interfere with the operation of the photo contest.
Do I Need To Send A Receipt?
No. A receipt is not necessary to enter. Winners may be required to provide proof of purchase.
When Will The Winner Be Selected?
Finalists are selected quarterly on January 1st, April 1st, July 1st and October 1st. Pending a vote on our Facebook page, the winning results will be posted on our website. All decisions are final and are not subject to review.
How Will Winners Be Notified?
Winners will be notified by phone or email.
Do I Retain The Rights To My Photo?
Yes. However, by entering you give Murals Your Way the perpetual, non-exclusive rights to use the photo in any way, including but not limited to advertising and promotional use.
Will My Non-Digital Photo Print Or Slide Be Returned?
No. The photo you send becomes property of Murals Your Way and cannot be returned.
The Fine Print
By entering you agree that you are the sole owner and author of the copyrights for all photos you submit. By entering, you agree to indemnify and hold Murals Your Way harmless from damages that may arise from copyright infringement by a third party. Altered digital files or film negatives are not permitted.
