Before returning a product, you MUST first contact Murals Your Way customer service to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number before the end of the 60-day return period. Murals Your Way will not accept returns without an RA number. You can call us at 888-572-0061 or fill out an online contact form to get your RA number.
Ship back all products you are seeking to return to Murals Your Way and for which you received a Return Authorization (RA) number. Make sure that whatever ship method you use (USPS, UPS, Fedex, etc.), that you get a tracking number as verification that the product has been sent. Ship the products at your expense. If the product is deemed defective or the return is a direct result of a Murals Your Way error, Murals Your Way will provide a shipping expense credit. All returns must be received within 60 days.
Even though every mural is custom printed to order, we do allow murals to be returned during the first 60 days even if the customer simply changed their mind. However, these returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
The following charges, if applicable, are non-refundable: top coating, graphics labor, customs duties.
All re-runs will be done with the same images, specifications and measurements.
Labor or Installation
Murals Your Way is not responsible for labor or installation costs under any circumstances.
Installation instructions for the specific mural material must be followed to qualify for the Love It Guarantee™.
Important: Be sure to examine ALL panels of your mural BEFORE installing it. If you find a defect in your mural, do NOT install it. Due to variances in media and ink lots, as well as printer tolerances, we cannot ensure a perfect color match for a single panel.
