Returns & Reprints

Because all Murals Your Way products are custom printed to order, our return process is different from that of pre-manufactured or stocked items.

Each mural is produced specifically for one customer based on the selected image, dimensions, and material, and cannot be resold or restocked once printed.

Quality Issues & Replacements

If your mural arrives with a defect related to print quality or material quality, it is covered under our Best Print Guarantee. In these cases:

  • Please contact Murals Your Way customer service as soon as possible
  • Provide your order number and photos of the issue
  • Our team will review the issue and coordinate a replacement if applicable

Non-Returnable Custom Products

Because murals are custom printed to order, we do not accept returns for:

  • Incorrect dimensions entered at checkout or given to Account Managers
  • Incorrect material choice
  • Changes of mind after an order is placed
  • Design preference changes
  • Client or project changes

If a reprint is needed due to incorrect measurements or order changes, we’re happy to help coordinate a reprint at the customer’s expense.

Reprints

All approved reprints will be produced using the same image, specifications, and measurements as the original order unless otherwise arranged in advance.

Commercial & Designer Orders

For commercial and designer orders larger than 200 square feet, a proofing process — including samples or strike-offs — may be used to ensure quality and accuracy prior to printing. This process helps minimize issues before production begins.

Installation & Inspection

Please examine all panels of your mural before installation. If you notice a print or material issue:

  • Do not install the mural
    Contact our customer service team immediately

Due to natural variances in materials, inks, and production processes, exact color matching across panels or reprints cannot always be guaranteed. Murals Your Way is not responsible for labor or installation costs under any circumstances.

Shipping & Fees

Shipping, rush charges, expedited production, custom graphics labor, and additional services are non-refundable.

Why aren’t custom murals returnable?

All murals are custom printed to order based on the image, dimensions, and material selected by the customer. Because each mural is made specifically for one space and cannot be resold or restocked, we’re unable to accept returns for incorrect sizing or changes of mind.

What happens if there is a print or material issue?

If your mural arrives with a defect related to print or material quality, it’s covered by our Best Print Guarantee, and we will replace the mural at no charge.

What if I ordered the wrong size?

If incorrect dimensions were entered at checkout or provided to an Account Manager, the mural is not eligible for return. However, we’re happy to help coordinate a reprint at the customer’s expense.

Can I return a mural if I change my mind?

Because murals are custom printed to order, we’re unable to accept returns for changes of mind after an order is placed.

What should I do before installing my mural?

Please inspect all panels before installation. If you notice a print or material issue, do not install the mural and contact our customer service team right away so we can help determine next steps.

What if my mural is damaged during installation?

Damage caused during or after installation is not eligible for return or replacement. This applies whether installation is completed by the customer or by a third-party installer. All panels should be inspected before installation begins.
