Our standard lead time is approximately 10-12 business days from the time the order is placed until it arrives. Rush shipping and rush production are available for an additional fee.

Free Shipping (to the contiguous 48 U.S. states)

Free FedEx Ground shipping is available for all mural orders shipping to the contiguous 48 U.S. states. We also ship FedEx to Alaska, Hawaii, and other U.S. properties, but there will be shipping charges to those destinations. We offer 2nd day air and overnight rush shipping options for an extra charge.

International Orders

International shipping is available to all locations served by FedEx International Economy shipping. This option guarantees delivery within 2-3 business days to Canada & Mexico and 2-5 business days worldwide. Call us for international delivery rates or submit your shipping address within our checkout process. Murals shipped internationally may incur charges such as customs duties and import tax, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Packaging

We take proper care to ensure that your mural is protected during shipping. Each mural comes rolled around a tube and wrapped in protective paper. The mural is then placed in a cardboard box along with protective plastic end caps and foam inserts. This packaging exceeds UPS and FedEx required standards.

Installation is quick and easy! Murals install in 52” wide panels. 2 people recommended for installation. To purchase wallpaper paste and installation kits, view our available accessories.

Eco Bella – Texture: Lightly textured, commercial grade. Apply with wallpaper paste.
EnviroPro – Texture: Lightly textured, vinyl alternative. Apply with wallpaper paste.
Vinyl HD – Texture: Textured commercial grade vinyl. Apply with wallpaper paste.

Peel and Stick Adhesive Backing:

Smartstick: Removable, damage free, ideal for rentals or temporary installations.
Versagrip: Strong adhesive able to be installed indoors, outdoors and on floors.

Water Activated:

Prepasted Wallpaper: Spray with water to activate pasted backing. Easy removal.
