Wine aging barrels are used for about 5 years before their special flavoring qualities are used up. The barrels in this mural are new and ready to age their first quantity of wine. Each barrel is still made by a cooper or barrel maker who does much of the work by hand.

Packaging

We take proper care to ensure that your mural is protected during shipping. Each mural comes rolled around a tube and wrapped in protective paper. The mural is then placed in a cardboard box along with protective plastic end caps and foam inserts. This packaging exceeds UPS and FedEx required standards.
